WiscWeb just completed an audit of our UW Theme Classic sites and have an update to share regarding the status of sites migrating into UW Theme 2.0.
We’re introducing a new tool for understanding migration status, built within Google’s Data Studio tooling.
WiscWeb migration status by school/college/division (S/C/D) (you must login with a campus email account)
Within this view, users should be able to:
- Filter results based on a specific website domain/URL
- Filter results based on school/college/division
- Export a list of relevant sites based on their search or filter criteria
For now, we’re keeping the abilities of this tool fairly simplistic. While Data Studio offers more robust features, the primary goal is to have a simple/straightforward method for our campus community to understand migration status for their WiscWeb websites. We are not able to field requests for new features at this time.

WiscWeb is not taking requests for enhancements to this feature but are interested in fixing cases where a site has been attributed to the wrong S/C/D, a website should be taken offline/archived, the wrong migration status has been entered, etc.
