Performance Improvements for July and August 2019

Over the past two months, various members of DoIT, University Marketing, and CALS have been focusing on key performance updates for the WiscWeb service to improve page load times. The WiscWeb Service was updated to WordPress Core version 5.2.3 on Friday, September 6. This update is a security release that aims to fix several potential vulnerabilities (mostly related to cross site scripting). More information about these changes can be found on the WordFence website.
